All sales are final. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order, including a product defect or an incorrectly delivered product. Exchanges can only be made within 7 days of the delivery date; please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased were intentionally damaged or have been misused. All special order/personalized items (jewelry with initials and engraving) are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. All rings are considered "special order" and are therefore, non-returnable. If you have questions about personalizing a piece, please contact email@example.com, before placing your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.
At Lusha Roy Fine Jewelry (“LRFJ”), we take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, jewelry, by its very nature, is delicate. Should you require repair on any jewelry purchased from LRFJ, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an initial assessment.
LRFJ will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 30 days of purchase for 14K, 18K, or Platinum jewelry. We reserve the right to refuse any repair if we believe the items purchased were intentionally damaged or have been misused.
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within Florida at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of Florida are not liable for sales tax.
Product Lead Time
Every item has a different lead time, which is specified at the bottom of the product description on the product pages. Once an item ships, it should arrive within 3-5 business days. If your purchase is a gift and you will not receive it in time for your intended date, please email email@example.com and we can send an email with a gift notification for the recipient, informing them that a LRFJ Gift is on its way. Please see “Rush Options” for information regarding rush delivery. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise discussed via email.
Some of our styles can be rushed, while others cannot. If you are interested in placing a rush order, please email the style name and rush details to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the date you would like to receive it. A LRFJ Sales Representative will let you know if a rush option and overnight shipping is available for your specific request.
Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout by using any given Discount Code that was provided to you. Discounts are only valid on specific items and for set periods of time. We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order placed before the Discount Code became valid. We also cannot add the Discount Code to an order if you have forgotten to enter the code. Discount codes cannot be combined, and they do not apply to Gift Cards.
LRFJ provides shipping to international clients. Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is therefore, responsible for all Import Fees.
With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize LRFJ to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.
If you refuse a shipment from LRFJ, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to LRFJ.
